How to install shears machine

Installation method of BEIYUAN BYM-3J practical shearing machine:

1. Install the drive motor: Using the rope that is included with the machine, hang the drive motor firmly at a high point. The distance between the ground and the eye screw hole is approximately two metres.
2. Install the flexible shaft: To do this, first remove the mandrel from the thick end of the hose by a small amount, locate the threaded hole where the motor shaft was left beneath the motor flange socket, screw into the shaft core, and then insert the thick end of the hose. The power transmission sleeve should be linked to the lower end of the flexible shaft and the mandrel should extend approximately 10 mm from the small end of the hose. Once the inner hole of the sleeve is connected, adjust the installation depth and lock it in place using a fast clamp.
3. Install the sleeve: Tighten the sleeve onto the shear head's outer joint cover.
4. Install the fixed blade: Take off the blade screw and pressure nut, then position the side bearing the Beiyuan trademark downward. Keep the fixed blade about 7 mm away from the portion of the blade table that protrudes rather than installing it to the bottom. It is not necessary to overtighten the blade screws; they will need to be adjusted in the future.
5. Fit the rotating blade in place. Take out the left and right claws, loosen the pressure nut, and insert the moving blade so that the side with the Beiyuan brand is facing upwards. The pressing claw's four projecting columns are forced, respectively, into the four openings on the left and right sides of the moveable blade. The moveable blade's tooth tip is situated approximately 2 mm inward from the fixed blade's plane position (the concave tooth belly's position is not factored into the fixed blade's plane position). The teeth on either side must perfectly align with the fixed blade's outermost teeth when swinging left and right. Once the movable blade is installed, you can inspect by turning it left and right before tightening the blade screw. At this point, the blade is inserted. 

Take note:
If you don't press the four columns that stick out from the pressing claw into the four holes in the moving blade, the blade could break and fly out, which is very dangerous. Also, don't forget to put on the sleeve; if you don't, the small head of the flexible shaft will wear out quickly and become a safety risk.
