How to use and maintain sheep shearing machines

How to use and maintain wool shearing machines? For BEIYUAN BYM-3J practical shearing machine.

How to use and maintain sheep shearing machines

1. Before connecting the motor to the power source, fill each oil injection point on the shearing head with lubricating oil. The motor has a red button on it. Once the switch is turned on, the shearing machine will begin to operate. Insert the small end of the hose into the shearing head while maintaining a firm grip on the shearing head. The power transmission sleeve at the shearing machine's power output end is immediately connected to the shearing head's transmission shaft by rotating power in the sleeve that is attached to the head, and the shearing head is operational.

2. To stop the shearing machine from operating, flip the switch. Using your hand, grasp the shear head, turn it counterclockwise around the hose's small end, and extract it. The flexible shaft and the shear head will be separated.

3. To modify the pressure, turn the pressure nut. Typically, you should tighten it first, then backtighten it for around half a turn (the swing lever's claws won't come loose when you use your hand). If it isn't appropriate, you can make minor changes. It's appropriate to cut the hair just enough. You start to feel that the blade is not cutting quickly enough after a while. You can tighten the pressure nut, apply more force, and make another cut. Apply additional pressure and cut once again after some time has passed. Pressurizing repeatedly is possible until the blade becomes untightened, at which point a replacement is required.

Take note:

The driving engine should not be placed on the ground during shearing sheep; instead, it should be hung high with a rope to prevent any safety hazards. Every time, the shearing machine should be started with no load applied. Don't pull on the hose or bend it violently when operating the machine. When not in use or following a shearing, remove the shearing head. It could be dangerous to connect the hose and shearing head directly, so avoid doing so. To ensure lubrication throughout the shearing operation, make sure you always provide the right amount of lubricating oil to each oil injection point on the shearing head.
